Where will my order be delivered?
To protect your goods, we will only deliver your items to your home address.
What time will my phone be delivered?
Your item will be delivered between the hours of 07:30 and 21:00 unless you have selected the "Before 10am" or "Saturday before 12 noon" payable delivery options. Within these time frames we are unable to specify an exact time that your item will be delivered.
Does someone need to sign for my item?
because of its value - a signature will be required.
What happens if I am not at home to receive my item?
If you are not at home to receive your item, the courier will leave a card with details on how to contact them to rearrange delivery or to collect the item from their depot.
* There are certain instances when your order may be delayed:
- Orders placed after 12 noon on a Sunday or on a Bank Holiday will require at least one extra working day for delivery.
- Any unforeseen stock shortages. If this happens, we will notify you of any delay.
- Certain remote postcodes will require additional time for delivery.
- If we cannot obtain immediate security clearance for payment of your order. The security of our customers is paramount so these checks are essential to combat fraudulent use of payment and address details.
- Highlands and Islands of the UK are a two day service.
